Credit card: Payment is confirmed at the time of product order.

Bank/postal transfer/convenience store payment: Payment must be made within 3 days of ordering.
Cash on delivery: Please pay the delivery person in cash upon arrival of the merchandise.

Delivery Time

Credit card: Shipment will be made within 2 to 5 business days from the date of payment completion.

Bank and postal transfers and convenience store payments: Shipment will be made within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Cash on delivery: Shipment will be made within 2-5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

We will notify you in advance if there is a delay due to inventory, weather conditions, etc.

Fees Other Than The Product Price

Shipping fee: 500 yen flat rate nationwide (1,100 yen for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands)

*Free for orders exceeding 5,000 yen per order

Cash on delivery fee: 300 yen

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

If you are dissatisfied with the delivered product, you may return it within 8 days of receipt by e-mail, provided that the product has not been used. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs to Flying Pear Corp.

Refunds will be made by bank transfer to your bank account. Any bank transfer charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

We take all possible measures to check the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that a defective product arrives or is damaged during shipping, please contact us by e-mail within 8 days after the product arrives. We will accept exchange only if the product is unused. In this case, Flying Pear Corp. will cover the shipping costs of sending the item back to us. Please send the item(s) back to us freight collect. We will send you a new item as soon as we receive the returned item.

In addition, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases

1. Merchandise that has been opened or unpacked even once

2. Merchandise that is damaged or scratched due to the user's fault

3. Merchandise for which the cooling-off period (9 days after delivery) has elapsed.
