ABOUT DELIVERY

Ordered items will be delivered by Yamato TA-Q-BIN. They will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days after the order is placed, but it may take longer due to weather conditions or other factors. We kindly ask for your understanding.

You can also specify the date of delivery. You can choose from the following six delivery time slots: "Mid-morning", "12:00-14:00", "14:00-16:00", "16:00-18:00", "18:00-20:00", and "20:00-21:00". However, please place your order as early as possible to allow enough time for delivery. Please note that some items may not be available on the requested delivery date due to product availability. We kindly ask for your understanding.

ABOUT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

<RETURN POLICY>

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, please contact us by e-mail within 8 days after the product is delivered, and we will accept returns provided that the product has not been used. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs to Flying Pear Inc. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Refunds will be paid to your bank account. Any bank transfer charges incurred will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount. We do not accept returns for the following types of products

1. Products that have been opened or unpacked even once.

2. Products that are damaged or scratched due to the customer's fault

3. Products past the cooling-off period (9 days after delivery)

<EXCHANGE POLICY>

We take all possible measures to check the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that a defective product arrives or the product was damaged during shipping, please contact us by e-mail within one week after the product arrives. We will accept exchange only if the product has not been used. In this case, Flying Pear Inc. will bear the shipping costs for sending the item back. Please send the item back to us freight collect. We will send you a new item as soon as we receive the returned item.

<SHIPPING CHARGES>
Shipping to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands is 1100 yen, and 500 yen for the rest of the country.
Free shipping is available for purchases of 5,000 yen or more.
If you have more than one delivery address, the shipping cost will be charged accordingly.

<IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER>
We will send you a confirmation e-mail after receiving your cancellation. Please understand that we cannot accept cancellations after the product has been shipped. Please check the e-mail notifying you that your order has been shipped, and contact the post office or courier company.

<IF YOU WISH TO CHANGE THE CONTENTS OF YOUR ORDER>
Please follow the cancellation procedure above and purchase the desired products again.

<CUSTOMERS WHO REQUIRE RECIPTS>
We do not normally issue receipts. If you need one, please reply to the order confirmation e-mail. If you have any preference regarding the address or the proviso, please indicate it in the e-mail. After the receipt is issued, it will be mailed separately from the product.

<ABOUT ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL>
We will reply to the e-mail address you registered during the purchase procedure with an "Order Confirmation Notice". If you do not receive the e-mail, there may be one or more of the following reasons.
1.You have not completed the purchase procedure.
2. You made a mistake in entering your e-mail address.
3. Your e-mail address has been sorted into a spam mailbox.
